Terms & Conditions
AIR TICKETS
Fares:- All fare displayed on the booking engine are net net. No additional discount is payable.
- All Fares & Taxes (Airport Taxes and Fuel Surcharge) are subject to change and applicable as on the date of ticketing.
- In case of any credit card charge being declined for any reason, the fare applicable on the date of payment or new credit card given will apply.
- Any bookings cancelled on Airline Ticketing time limit will not be our responsibility.
- Airline has a right to rebook or re-route due to schedule changes with no liability.
- All our ticketing are issued in INR tariff.
- For Domestic Travel in India, dynamic fares by Indian Domestic Carrier apply and have to be ticketed by advance payment. The fare at the time of ticketing will apply as on the GDS.
- No flight bookings with in 48 hrs will be retained unless payment has been made in advance.
- In case seats are not available on our online booking engine, you may send us a request by email or call.
- Only E-Tickets are issued.
- Paper ticket will be issued if E-Ticketing is not permitted by the Airline in case of multi Airline travel.
- Paper tickets if desired on a special request can be issued instead of e-ticket at an extra charge of minimum USD 30.
- In case of re-routing after issuance of tickets, Airlines re-routing charges will apply plus our service charge of INR 500.
- Ensure booking passengers with correct passenger name as per the passport to avoid any inconvenience during travel. Advise passengers Nationality, passport no., place of issue & date of issue to facilitate travel.
- Frequent Flyer no.'s must be advised before or at the time of ticketing.
- Once tickets are issued, it is the responsibility of the agent, or passenger, to contact the us or the Airline for any assistance.
- Special meals and or seating is provided on request if allowed by the Airline.
- It is the responsibility of the passenger to reconfirm the flight timings at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure and we shall not be responsible for any delays or any claims there of.
- It is the responsibility of the passenger to check corrected the routing, departure times and baggage allowance on the ticket.
- We cannot be held responsible for any loss of baggage by the passenger or the Airline under any circumstances.
- Name changes are not permitted. Please check and advise only the correct name/spelling as on passenger’s passport.
- In case of re-issuance of tickets due to name change, Airlines re-fund charges will apply plus our service charge of INR 500. Name changes on reservations will require a fresh booking. For such errors seats in the same booking class/fare cannot be guaranteed as in the earlier PNR. The new applicable booking class fare applies.
- It is the responsibility of the agent or customer to ensure the accuracy of information supplied.
- To avoid errors, it is suggested that the passengers’ names and ages be matched and double-checked against the traveler’s passport information at the time of booking/reservations.
- We do not charge for credit card transaction service fee in case the Airline accept credit card payment without transaction fee.
- Credit card transaction fee applicable @ 3%.

- We do not accept third party credit cards.
- In case of any credit card charge being declined for any reason, the agent for whom the ticket is being issued is responsible to reimburse us instantly without any dispute along with any other charges payable.
- DEBIT CARDS can also be accepted if authorized by the bank.
- Bank Transfer preferred with no service fee by us. Transfer charges by your bank are borne by the agent or customer.
- In case of Cheque or Cash deposit,: Tickets will be issued only on confirmation of clearance of cheques or for cash credit showing on the net banking statement.
- E-ticket are sent by email only.
- Paper tickets, in case desired couriered FREE of charge by courier with in India.
- For overseas delivery of Paper tickets, courier charges of USD 25 per 500gm packet apply.
- Paper Tickets by courier are generally delivered with in 2 business working days to major cities in towns in India. Delivery to up-Country, small towns & villages with in India can take upto 4 days.
- Delivery to some remote villages will be made by Registered mail only.
- For courier delivery it is mandatory to provide Zip/Pin Code & contact telephone no. of the addressee along with Name and address.
- Bookings are auto-cancelled by the Airlines on ticketing time limit.
- Bookings are also auto-cancelled with in 14 days if not ticketed or 4 days prior to travel.
- Cancellation penalties/fee and Airline RAF (refund) charges apply to all tickets if refunded, plus our handling/service charge INR 500 will apply.
- No Show charges apply in case of passenger is no show with penalties.
- Paper Tickets cannot be refunded unless physically returned to us.
- Full Refund are processed with in four to six weeks.
- In case of part refunds/unutilized sector if permitted, processing time 8 to 12 weeks.
- All commissions & incentives have to be returned before processing the refund.
- Airlines ticket refund and RAF charges apply as per Airline rules.
- All refunds are subject to our handling/service charge of INR 500 per ticket.
- Credit Card transaction fee is not refunded and refunds are made to the credit card only and the credit card merchant fee apply.
- Indian Service Tax on Airtickets cannot be refunded.
- TDS is applicable to Indian Travel Agents.
- Reduced rate of TDS can apply on agent providing us the TDS exemption certificate.
- Agents PAN No. is required.
- In case of Indian agents, TDS once deducted cannot be refunded.
- TDS does not apply to agent outside India paying by Foreign Bank Transfer or by Foreign Credit Card.
- Check validity of Passport.
- Check validity of Visa.
- Check requirement of Transit Visa.
- Check POE clearance for Indian passengers.
- Obtain Travel Insurance
- In case of any lost documents/tickets, errors/omission, delay or cancellation of flights, baggage loss or any inconvenience caused for any reason by the Airline or any other reason, we cannot be held responsible for payment of any compensation what so ever.
- It is the agents or passengers responsibility to check that tickets issued by us are correct as given at time of taking delivery of the ticket.
- In case of disputes, all matters are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
