Flights Booking Process for PSA

• PSA logs on to http://www.belairindia.com and logs in with a user name & password.
• Makes fare search with basic travel details and flexibility of +-1 day.
• Our booking engine offers options with confirmed seats only and a very large variety of flights and fare options with non stop, Direct and fares with Interlining Carrier. Such a variety is not possible on any GDS with a single click.
• After selecting the flight & fare options, the PSA simply has to enter passenger details. System also offers the PSA to incorporate passengers Frequent Flier no., Meal selection, Seat selection.
• Agent selects payment mode: to make payment either by Credit Card, or By Invoice. (More details see Payment section below).
• The booking is complete and email with booking details is sent to the agent and can also be viewed on checkmytrip.com. Agent can also sent to customer copy of the itinerary by Email.
• E-Ticket is instantly issued on confirmation of payment.

• The PSA can also request by email or phone, for bookings not available online like Round the World, Group Booking, Companion offer, Student fares, Seamen Fares which will be supported by our highly skilled and experienced travel consultant.
• The confirmed available fares & seat confirmation will be advised with in 24 hours by email.
• On your acceptance & order, ticket will be issued on confirmation of payment.
• The booking can be viewed on checkmytrip.com.
• E-ticket in printable format will be emailed to the agent's and or its customer on request with in minutes.

• On the PSA logging in to our Online Booking system, he is able to view the available credit limit to his account which is from the advance deposit or credit from commissions due.

Credit Card

• We do not charge Credit Card transaction fee on Airlines accepting UATP charge which is reflected on our booking system.
• Belair, for credit card payments as per Airline rules has to charge the full amount i.e. face value of tickets with taxes.
• The difference of the amount charged and net payable by PSA is immediately reflected on the Agents login page.
• In case of some Airline which does not accept UATP credit card charge, we are compelled to charge transaction fee of 2% which will be shown as added to the amount payable at the time of booking.
• For PSA using its own credit card, PSA has to give its own undertaking to Belair for payments and or any charge backs or any irregularity. Form Attached.
• For PSA using customer’s credit card, the agent has to provide SOF form duly signed by the customer in favor of Belair. Download SOF.

Bank Transfer

Payment can be made by Cheque or Cash Deposit or Bank transfer to our bank account at Citibank or HDFC Bank in New Delhi, India
